It is reported that the majority of Medical Directors at Insurance companies are only GP/FP/Internists... making medical decisions about a patient's care... which can be far outside of their education and skill sets.
We have all too many people making medical decisions without a license to practice medicine nor has examined the patient that they are denying or limiting therapy to.
They are paid to find reason(s) to say NO... Hoping you will accept the NO and go away.
